| Christmas Tree Tables #X36T and #X36S

Christmas tree tables are draped with skirts, and raise up a tree so that
gift boxes can be nicely displayed around the base. After you set up the table, envelope your tree in traditional style with a
christmas tree skirt to add the finishing touch on your favorite holiday pine! A christmas tree table and skirt are functional too- hiding
unsightly tree stands and by collecting falling pine needles from live trees. Christmas tree tables have been used by designers for decades
in retail store "window displays"- and now you know their secret!
Christmas tree tables are designed to support a christmas tree and stand, and elevate the tree up to 17" off the ground(About coffee table height). The idea is to set the tree and stand on top, drape the table with the christmas tree skirt, then distribute the christmas presents around the base. The tall 17" table comes with a 2-piece slotted base, and assemble/disassembles just like our round drape tables for easy temporary holiday use and storage:
For convenience in online ordering, we offer a very nice size 34" diameter christmas tree table with a standard 17" high base.
All parts are made of 5/8" particleboard. Triangle "cleats" are attached to table top with staples.
These christmas tree tables are made out of solid 5/8" wood particle board for a smooth finish but with no splinters- and they are very heavy: tall tables weigh from about 50 pounds assembled(top alone about 30 lbs.). Christmas tree tables come in 3 parts to assemble with NO mechanical attachments: 2 slotted legs slide together to make the base, and then the top sets on the base, secured by an "X" underneath that channels the legs. They can be easily unassembled and stored under a bed.

Due to the slot construction of the legs, the shortest particleboard base we can make is 17" high. If a variable height is desired, we offer a "short table" as a "do it yourself" project that only includes the top(with a square "cleat" stapled underneath) and some self-stick cork floor protectors.
No base is included. The recommended "short" base which makes the table 8 1/4" high consists of (4) 8" square(7 5/8" actual) lightweight concrete blocks
which can be purchased at any hardware store. For a different heights, bricks, books or other sturdy square objects can also be used as the base.
The cork floor protectors are recommended when setting masonry blocks on wood, stone, or tile floors to prevent scratches.
The special square "cleat" stapled to the bottom of the table top holds the table in place when surrounded on all 4 sides by the base made of 4 block "legs".

RECOMMENDED ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: For 8 1/4" finished height, go to hardware store and buy (4) 8x8x8 lightweight concrete blocks(about $2 each). For wood, stone, or tile floors- Before setting blocks on floor, apply
4 self-stick cork floor protectors(included) to bottom of blocks. Then set top on blocks. Slide blocks so they bump up against center table cleat so top stays in place.
